Little Happiness at Khadiravana

One of our workers said Ajarn (myself) is building a cat farm. Previously stray cats, all enjoy Tibetan and Thai lovely names.

Wangmo “The Powerful One”, Looktit “Little Sun” and Tata “Eight Auspicious Symbols”.

A former abandoned cat, Tata is sucking Wangmo, while Looktit looks on. Tata came to stay with us in September during Nyima Dakpa Rinpoche’s visit in September 2009.

Tungka “White Conch” The second white conch on the land. The first one, which is the first cat found at Khadiravana came when Lhasay Rinpoche visited the Center in January 2008. We took her to our house in Nonthaburi. This one was found sitting at Khadiravana’s gate in mid December.

Our cat family grows quickly – already 10 now. It’s enough for us, as the cat population overgrows human population.
